Nikki Ngo and "Recovered Memory"

Through the course of the child custody case whenever Nikki Ngo was losing ground they would instantly come up with a new "Concern" or "Emergency". The recovered memory incident is one of the most egregious examples of lying and taking advantage of the system. This one escalated to accusations of attempted murder.

This is the affidavit of Marilee Taylor documenting the day of the incident. . The summary is below.

2013-06-01:

Summary of nanny letter: Document below

Marilee Taylor was an employee of Nikki’s that was hired to do housekeeping. Nikki would tell Marilee everything to the point that Nikki was asked to stop. “Mr. Crockett had told Ms. Ngo to quit involving me in their affairs because I had stated to both of them that it upset me and that I was just there to be the nanny.”

I noticed a pattern that if Ms. Ngo knew that I was going to be taking time off, she would hurt herself- almost like I'll show Mr. Crockett he can take care of the baby with no help from her or the nanny.

When I saw her Tuesday, Ms. Ngo laughed when she told me about what had happened. Ms. Ngo said that yes she had said that she wished God would just take her

Ms. Ngo came into the playroom, kissed the baby on his forehead and looked at me strangely and said "I'm sorry you had to hear that." and left the playroom and went back into Mr. Crockett's office and screamed at him one more time and then I heard the door out to the garage slam. I pulled the baby's highchair back into the breakfast room; saw Mr. Crockett sitting at his desk. I heard a noise out back (like a loud boom) and then Mr. Crockett got up from his desk chair and ran toward the door to the garage.

She had given him a paper to sign saying that she got $7000 a month and that he only needed $2800 to live off

Ms. Ngo contacted a lawyer who told her that all she was eligible for was $1800 child support. Ms. Ngo became so upset and said she would contact another lawyer. She then started raising the amount she thought she would need to live off of and became convinced she could get $7000 per month. Someone (she never told me if a friend or lawyer) was telling Ms. Ngo to be nice to Mr. Crockett so that he would give her whatever she wanted.

I'd say Ms. Ngo you have to let him know this is how you feel because up to this point it was all about the money and you had already left one husband because he didn't make enough. But every time that Mr. Crockett tried to have family time (Ms. Ngo had designated every night 5:45-6:45pm to do this once at the new house) Ms. Ngo would get up and leave him and the baby in the playroom.

If he walked into the room, she would walk out. She spent a lot of time in her office or left the house to go out with friends.

Ms. Ngo then found out from one lawyer that she needed to look like she was still
helping/working for the company.

Another incident of Ms. Ngo hurting herself happened on a Sunday. Mr. Crockett called me and said that Ms. Ngo had tried to take the baby out of his arms but it was in such a weird way that he thought she would drop the baby so he pushed her back with one arm while he held onto the baby with the other. He was calling me because he was afraid that Ms. Ngo would tell people that he had hit her and that he hadn't.
